Having feelings for a coworker does not make you a horrible person. It also does not turn you into a horrible person. A crush at work is a natural reaction to the social context in which you find yourself regularly.

- Dress to impress:
If you look your best at work, you’re sure to catch everyone’s attention and become their crush, so take pleasure in your appearance, dress nicely (within company restrictions, of course), and keep yourself well groomed. At the absolute least, you can brush your hair and dress neatly in the morning.
- Ask them for advice or assistance with work:
Asking someone for advice may be highly charming since it shows that you appreciate their perspective. If you don’t know them well, it’s best not to over-share about intimate areas of your life. They don’t want to hear your dull sob tales, or about some strange medical problem or unreasonable fear of ghosts. Believe me.
- Recognize their accomplishments:
If someone has done an excellent job at something, let them know. It will improve their confidence, and they will appreciate you noting their efforts. Just don’t go overboard, okay?
- Make them laugh in a friendly manner:
A sense of humor is a highly attractive attribute, and laughing might be the route to becoming everyone’s workplace crush by heart. Get a feeling of their sense of humor, for example, if they enjoy humorous tales, tell him yours, but remember not to overshare and avoid being crass, as you are at work after all!

This is a less subtle option that you may want to save for when you know the individual well. Long letters to a coworker you’ve only spoken to a few times might put you in stalker territory, which isn’t going to set you off on the right foot.
